BANANA PEACH SMOOTHIES

A Warm Weather Delight

When you need to whip up a nutritious breakfast quick, a banana peach smoothie is a go-to choice. This yogurt smoothie has a creamy texture with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients 

– 1 cup almond milk – ¼ cup Greek yogurt – 1 cup frozen banana – 1 cup frozen peaches

Instructions

Add the Ingredients: In a blender add the ingredients; milk, yogurt, frozen peaches and frozen banana. – Blend the Smoothie: Place the lid on the blender and blend for around 30 seconds until a smooth consistency is formed. If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk and blend for a few more seconds as needed.

Instructions

Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie mixture into a glass and top with fruit garnishes and a straw if desired. Serve and enjoy immediately.
