– 1 cup almond milk – ¼ cup Greek yogurt – 1 cup frozen banana – 1 cup frozen peaches
– Add the Ingredients: In a blender add the ingredients; milk, yogurt, frozen peaches and frozen banana. – Blend the Smoothie: Place the lid on the blender and blend for around 30 seconds until a smooth consistency is formed. If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk and blend for a few more seconds as needed.
